The purpose of the Customer Service Department is to provide long-term and efficient After-sale Service and Technical Support. With the expansion of the company, the professionalism of our Customer Service Department had been well-maintained. With talents and experts in our company, we successfully built up a professional team to provide a very efficient after-sales service to the customer. With the advanced ERP system in our company, we can effectually resolve the products issues.


Currently, Earth Products China has the Hong Kong Headquarter Maintenance Center to provide technical support to customers. We also has 11 branches in Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenyang, Nanjing, Xi’an, Chengdu, Wuhan, Shenzhen, Fuzhou and Jinan. With the widespread after-sale service network in China, we provide a high standard technical support to our customers. We also set up Guangzhou Customer Service Center and Jinan Customer Service Center to improve our after-sales service. With more than 30 experienced after sales engineers in our after-sales service network, we strive our best to provide the most professional service to our customers.

Headquartered in Kwai Chung District, Hong Kong, Earth Products China Ltd. (EPC) occupies a 10,000 square foot self-owned office space. Its Hong Kong Maintenance Center provides customers professional repair services in a large work area. Hong Kong also houses a product calibration center. EPC (Hong Kong) After-sales Service is an authorized calibration center for Instantel Inc. and NEC Corporation products, including seismometers and infrared equipment.
